RULESET keeps the current website deliberately simple: project requests move through email, files use an agreed private transfer method, and payment happens through confirmed Payoneer or QiCard instructions.
Current website behavior
What happens to your information.

Project requests. The public request form does not send information to a website database. It prepares an email in your own email application so you can review it before sending.

Supporting files. Files are not uploaded through this website. A private transfer method is arranged when confidential or larger materials are needed.

Payment information. No Payoneer or QiCard credentials, private account identifiers, or payment-card details are collected or stored by this website. Payment instructions are shared after scope confirmation.

Content studio. The RULESET Studio stores drafts in the current browser. Its exported JSON may contain site content and should be handled as an editorial file.

Studio accounts. RULESET Studio access uses approved owner and editor accounts managed by Netlify Identity. Passwords are handled by the identity provider and are not stored in this website's frontend or repository.

Request tracker. The optional internal request tracker is device-local and is not connected to an inbox or customer database. Its CSV export can contain client contact details and private notes, so it should be stored securely.

Analytics. No analytics provider is currently connected. The site includes a provider-neutral event layer that can be configured later without including sensitive form contents.
This operational summary is designed for transparency and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before RULESET introduces client accounts, hosted uploads, automated checkout, tracking cookies, or a client portal.
